Nick Klaybor has worked the trades long enough to know exactly what separates a contractor people call twice from one they wouldn’t recommend to a neighbor. When he launched Klaybor Plumbing in Jupiter in 2023, the goal wasn’t to build the largest plumbing company in Palm Beach County. It was to build the most accountable one. His name is on the truck. Nick holds two Florida state contractor licenses: Plumbing Contractor License CFC 1431354 and Mechanical Contractor License CMC 1251037. That second license isn’t common. Most plumbing shops operate under a single credential and refer out anything that falls outside it — often at a markup. Holding both means Klaybor Plumbing handles gas line installations, backflow testing, and complex commercial mechanical work in-house, without passing your project to a subcontractor at the stage where accuracy matters most.
